At Yachting.fr, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, fast, and reliable shopping experience, whether you're ordering a small accessory or a large piece of equipment.

1. Delivery Areas

For "standard" products, we deliver to the following areas:

• Metropolitan France and Corsica
• Europe and North Africa (53 countries, you will find the list at checkout)
• Overseas Territories and International

If your country or area does not appear at checkout, contact us by email at shop@yachting.fr

For "non-standard" products such as masts, booms, travelers, mainsails, or any heavy products:

• You must contact us by email at shop@yachting.fr or by phone at +33546449195 for an accurate shipping cost.

We reserve the right to modify the list of standard or non-standard products at any time, with the sole aim of ensuring that the order arrives undamaged.

2. Shipping Times

• Products in stock: shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Large or made-to-order products: Delivery times may vary depending on our inventory, restocking time, package preparation, and shipping. The estimated delivery time is specified on the product sheet.
• For orders containing multiple items with different delivery times, shipping may be combined or split according to your preference (select this option when ordering).

3. Delivery Methods

• Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay (Free for orders over €50 including tax). For France only.
• Standard home delivery (Lettre Verte, Colissimo, Chronopost, or specialized carrier depending on size/weight)
• Pick-up at our premises
• Delivery to the dock or port (upon request, for heavy or bulky nautical equipment)

Carriers are selected based on the nature of the products and the destination to ensure optimal delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

• Orders via Mondial Relay under €50: Fees calculated based on weight/volume, starting at €4.19. If the order exceeds €50: shipping is waived. For France only.
• Orders via Colissimo, Chronopost, Relais Colis, etc.: fees are calculated based on weight/volume, starting at €6.60.
• Additional fees may apply for Corsica, hard-to-reach areas, or oversized packages.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's platform.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or if you notice an anomaly (missing product, delivery error), please:

• Refuse the package or submit a clear and detailed complaint to the carrier.
• Contact us within 48 hours by email at shop@yachting.fr with supporting photos.

We will process your complaint as quickly as possible.
