At Yachting.fr , customer satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.
Return conditions

The product must be returned new , unused and in its original packaging , accompanied by all its accessories, instructions, labels and protections.

Personalized or custom-made products (e.g.: custom sails, cables) are neither returned nor exchanged , except in the event of a proven defect.

Returns must be accompanied by the order number and after validation of the request to be made by email to shop@yachting.fr.
Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

In case of a defective item, please contact us at shop@yachting.fr with a photo of the defect for support.
Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, no refund can be made.
