I want to order a sail, but I can't find the right model on the website, what should I do?

Our sailmaker can custom-make a sail to your exact dimensions. In this case, please contact us via email for a quote. Please include photos and the dimensions of your sail with your email.

I want to order a cable, but I can't find the right model on the website, what should I do?

We manufacture custom cables upon request. Please email us via the contact form to obtain a quote. Please include photos and all dimensions (cross-section, sheathed or unsheathed, color, etc.) as well as the type of cable end cap.

How can I apply a discount to my order?

You may have received a promotional code in a newsletter. You can add it to your cart at checkout to receive the discount. Please note that promotional codes have a limited validity period.

I made a mistake when ordering and I want to return it, is this possible?

You can change your mind within 14 days; return shipping costs are your responsibility. First, we ask that you send us an email to yachting@yachting.fr and specify the reason for your return. After receiving the goods and verifying their condition, we will issue a credit note or refund.
