Our application tips: Ensure the underlying surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Remove the protective film and firmly apply the tape in place without leaving any creases. Applying the tape from both sides will improve the repair, but slightly offset the strip. Rounding the corners is recommended. At room temperature, the repair becomes waterproof once the adhesive is dry, usually within one hour.
